For official field trip forms please contact Avryl at the front office, she will guide you through the district field trip request form. Once the form is submitted and approved by the district/ principal, it will get put up for a vote at the following FFO meeting and you will receive an email with the results. ​

Remember FFO pays for Staff & Students field trip fees ONLY. Chaperones have to pay for their own tickets.
